I have, what I think, is an Atrium residential window that was installed around 2008.
The plastic counter balance block at the bottom of the window has failed/broken and I am looking for a replacement for it, or for the entire balance itself.

P.L. #529-016
The balance has a marking of "26B" on it.
Can you provide me a parts list for that window? Or recommend a replacement part?
