Atrium (?) Sliding Door Lock and Handle Replacement Parts?

Question

A tenant removed the original lock and handle from this sliding glass door and tossed the parts. I have no idea how to go about identifying the right replacements for this door. Though based on the manufacturer's code this is an Atrium door? Do you happen to have any idea how I might find the answer to this mystery?

Could you need our 82-400? This is for Atrium doors. Carefully compare the dimensions we display to the hole spacing in your door to see if this can work.
