Atrium Window Unique Balance

Good evening,

I'm attempting to order a replacement balance for an Atrium window. I reached out to the manufacturer and they do not carry this item any more, but they referred me to your website. I'm having a hard time identifying which balance I should order and appreciate any help you can offer! I've attached some photos but the balance is damaged. On the balance it has the label: 35" Unique, LL40 @ 49 LBS. Is this something you carry? Thank you for your advice,

I believe that we may be able to supply a suitable replacement for your balances but it would need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash that the balances support. We'll also need to confirm the number of replacements that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you for the follow up. The sash weighs approx 44 pounds and I would need 2 balances. I also took a closer photo of the other balance if that helps ID the right part. Thanks so much for your help with this!

Thank you very much for tracking this down. I took off the sash and put on a household scale which read 44 pounds. But the original sash had 49 pounds printed on it. Would I be better off going with the 49lb rating? Thanks for your advice.

If you weighed the sash and it came out as 44 pounds, that is the weight rating that you'll need and you can use the order link that we already sent you.
