Atrium Window Channel Balance

Question

I am trying to find a replacement part for an Atrium window channel balance.  It is aluminum and 29" long with a 1/2" channel width. The balance is stamped 28 3 FU CMC 4  The windows were installed in 2001 but, according to many, Atrium Windows and Doors went out of business/bankrupt in Arizona years ago and parts cannot be found? If a replacement can be found is it possible to provide information on how to install the balance as the broken one I took out basically fell out and the only thing I saw was a slot in the frame to hook it in to with the hook at the end of the cord in the balance.

Thanks for posting! Based on your photos, I recommend our S395-29 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom, so as long as those match you should be okay. What's more is that these were used in many Atrium windows, so I think this is your best option.
