L-shaped attach with screw to bottom side of lower window. Travel and engage sash weights in vinyl track.
Clip dimensions 1" X 5/8" with screw hole on long dimension. Short dimension has triangular "dog" which engages sash weight.
If obsolete, is substitute available?
