Atrium balance

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the stamp printed on the metal channel doesn't tell us what Series of balance you have. We would need you to remove an undamaged balance assembly and show us photos. Specifically, we'd like to see the top and bottom fittings as shown in the related video. 

Thank you for getting back to us! Would it be possible for us to see a closer photo of the top fitting? May we also see a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the inner spring connects to the pulley mechanism?

Thank you! We're almost there. What we'd like to see is the spring connection point, I've attached a photo below of the area in the channel where it's located.
