Good morning I think I've narrowed my window channel balance to a 395-29, enclosed to the photo of my channel balance can you help me identify the option I believe it's a 2830 thanks

Thanks for reaching out! I am unable to tell by the photos however, it does appear that you have a non-winged top and bottom. If that is the case, then the S395-29 would not be the correct replacement balance.

May I please see a clearer photo of the top and bottom plastic attachments?

I will post another picture but I think the wings on mine are broken off that's why I'm replacing them I'll post a picture of another one with the wings

Okay I understand. Once you have the photos, I will be more than happy to take a look at them to confirm the correct balance replacements.

Here's a photo of the ends of the balance I thought the ends were broken off but they're not this is from a good window balance, can you please tell me which one I need , including the weight option thanks

Thanks for confirming. I recommend either our S351-29 or our S390-29 with a 2830 stamp. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe, it should either be 1" or 1-1/8". I've included a diagram below for reference.
