Atrium door handle replacement

Question

Can these handles be fixed without buying the entire replacement lock? Every else works fine. Actually I believe we replaced everything about 15 years ago. This door has been our main entrance since it was installed in 1986.

I'm afraid we aren't able to replace the mortise lock by itself. The only option we can suggest is our complete 82-400 set.
