Atrium lock set replacement

Question

Need to replace existing door handle & lock, mechanism won't function (lock/unlock). Finish worn, Lock set in photos is 25-30years old based on best guess. Could it be the 82-400 series or compatible with it? I measured 1 3/8 wide. 8 1/4 long on plate.

I do agree that your lockset does look very similar to our 82-400. I would just reoconfirm that the measurements match up with one another and if everything is a match, then you should be ok to go.
