Thanks for getting back to me! What you have here is a special type of balance that will have to be a custom order. The key detail here is the stamp; specifically, how your stamp starts with "86." That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. However, please note that our replacements will have a 33" long metal channel and we can't promise it will work for you due to the difference in metal channel lengths.
Our minimum for custom orders is 2 so what I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our website.
