Atrium series 312 sliding glass door replacement handle

I need to replace the handle for an Atrium sliding glass door and wanted to locate the correct part before ordering.

We'd be happy to help but in order to point you in the right direction, we'll need to see a photo of your original handle set, as well as know the distance between the mounting holes from center to center. Thank you!

the original handle set is missing :( Here are some pics of the mounting holes with measurement. Also, I'm including a pic of the patio door handle from upstairs set that has a sticker with the same manufacture date?? Hope this will help.
