Atrium tilt window parts

Question

We looking for a balance spring replacement for a Norandex window by Atrium.

These balance springs are for tilt windows. Number on the shoe is: 530CS. Number on the balance spring is: 23C. The shoe is slightly curved with the highest point at the top. Should it be a side measurement or in the center to the highest point...maybe both? We'll send the measurements in a few days.

As for the pivot shoe, your exact match is no longer available but we can find a viable replacement option for you if you can tell us the thickness and width of your current shoe. Overall height does not matter so you do not need to worry about that curve at the bottom.
