Atrium window 29" channel balance

Question

I can't find any numbers printed on it.  They have been smeared off.  I need 2 of these.

Hello! Based on your photo, I believe you have either our S390-29 or S351-29. The only difference between these two parts is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure yours and review our dimensions to confirm.
