I'm not sure what you may have here at first glance. Can you show us a photo of how the balance connects to the pivot shoe? Seeing a balance in an undamaged condition would be ideal. Can you also write out the width and depth of the metal channel along with the stamp?

The upper clip 1 1/4 inch just clips in round hole on top. 2pulley system attaches to bottom spring where it broke and the metal end goes in the window pivot. Its a tilt out window.

Thanks for getting back to us. Were you able to confirm the depth of the metal channel as well? Your stamp is also a little odd. Can we see a clear photo of the numbers stamped on the metal channel? We also need to see a photo of how your balance anchors to the pivot shoe. I'm not quite sure what you have here so those details would be a huge help.
