Atrium window channel balance 32 3 EX CMC 4

Question

Hi,

One of our Atrium windows falls off due to that the rope on one side of the channel balance is broken, and the other side of the rope is also wear out. we need a replacement for the channel balances. The number on the parts are "32 3 EX CMC 4" and "32 3 FX CMC 11", could you please help me to find the right parts for my window.

I believe we may be able to help you. You may want to begin by taking a look at our S395-33 channel balance. This includes our 19-005 top and our 15-001 bottom. We feel as long as your channel balance and its components are compatible with ours, then you should be fine. Get back to us if you should need any further help.
