Attached to Springs

These are 2 pictures of the same part. The part is located on both sides of the window and each side has a small metal post that slides into the blue portion. The white part is attached to a spring but can come off of it. From what I can tell these are the parts that allow for the window to move up and down but not fall. We have 3 other windows that are as large as this one, and all of them are broken in the other windows

This part is called a pivot shoe. We can replace i t, but we'll need to know your dimensions. Specifically, we need to know the thickness and width. You should probably remove it from the window before you measure to confirm that you get the most accurate measurements.
