Hi, can you help me identify this part that was attached to the channel balance in the single hung window.

Hey there!
It looks like you need a new top sash guide. We carry a large selection, which you can see here, but I'm not sure what to recommend since yours is damaged. Can you show us an undamaged version of this guide removed from the window to compare to our inventory?
