Take a look at our S351-24 or S390-24 Channel balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2330. For your Top Sash Guide, see our 18-166 to start. Carefully go over the dimensions and see if this matches what you need.
