Attic window replacement

Need to replace Attic window, 54" tall x 28" wide. Have Kolbe&Kolbe windows in the rest of the house. Also need to replace left slide on one of the present windows that is also 54".

We unfortunately don't sell replacement windows of any kind. We only deal in smaller replacement parts, like locks, shoes, etc.
The slide you mention sounds like it could be the balance. We do sell those, so I'd be happy to take a look at it for you. In order to assist, I'll need you to remove the original balance from the window and show me a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, stamp, and the shoe at the end of the cord. I can then check our inventory for a match.
