These parts broke - can I simply buy the shoe? Need the model number and if you have them available.

Compare our 15-194 to an undamaged T-Lock Shoe. If the shoe is 1" wide, then the 15-194 is what you need. If it's 1-1/4", see either our 15-195 or 15-195B, depending on whether or not the cam is 'open' (rather, you can see through the back of it).
