I had a plastic part at the bottom of spiral which is also broken

Hello, thank you for writing in. In regards to your spiral balance, we'll need to know the diameter and length of the outer tube. For your pivot shoe, can you please tell us the width and depth of an undamaged version? These are crucial details in identifying a good replacement part. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out, Length of spiral balance is 29", Diameter is 1/2",pivot shoe Width 1 1/2" Depth is 1/2"

Take a look at our S600-29 spiral balance with a 5/8" diameter tube. To identify your pivot shoe, we'll need to see an undamaged one removed from the window. If you haven't removed one yet, please confirm the exact width and thickness since you can't get accurate dimensions while they're still installed. Thank you!
