Thanks for posting. The lock reminds me of a 38-036 Casement Lock. Please compare. For the hinge set, see if our 14" 36-049 matches up. Compare the dimensions and let me know what you think.

The hinge size is 10" do you carry that size?

We sure do! See the 10" 36-048 instead.
