Hello,

You could have an older Andersen Renewal type operator. Take a look at our 39-099 for Awning windows. Take a look and see if this might work for you, though it will likely require some measure of adaptation, depending on what you're working with now. I'm also not sure what type of end you have on yours. I suspect that the end piece in your photo is broken or missing. Take note that if you do go with this newer operator, you will most likely need the 39-362 adapter plate. Thank you!
