Hi. Not sure if these pics will help, but it's worth a shot. I need a replacement operator (I think that's the term) for a 12" awning window. The current piece looks kinda like your dual arm operators, bit the overall length is approximately 12" (when window is closed. The window, 11 years old, was manufactured by American Integrity Windows, now out of business (ask me how their "lifetime guarantee" is working out for me). The pictures are of a healthy identical window to the one that needs repair. Thanks!

Thanks for posting. I think we can help you replace this operator, but it would be most helpful to see it removed from the window, with both arms in full view. That would help us more confidently suggest a replacement. Many thanks.
