I'm not sure if we have this, either. Can you show me a picture of the top screw position? I can't see it from your photos and it is an important detail to consider. Hopefully with that we can find a substitute. Thank you!

That's the part that was broken off and misplaced. It had two screws up top.

Start by looking at our 39-419 operator. This is similar in design to yours, though you should review our dimensions just to confirm they line up. I'm especially concerned about the diameter of the hole at the end of the arm. I fear that the hole on the 39-419 is larger than yours, but I can't be sure.
