Question

Cannot locate any manufacturer identifiers.

Worm gear shaft has pulled out and I need to replace the entire operator.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Based on this photo, I recommend looking at our 39-074 operator to start out. This looks like a good match to me, but look over our dimensions and let me know how they compare or differ.
