Awning Operator Kit 39-206

Question

As a homeowner who knows the basics, is this replacement part easy to install ? I think it needs replacement because the handle does not open smoothly and I have to fight with it to open the window even partially. 39-286 is the handle I have

Hey, thanks for posting. To uninstall the 39-206, gently pry up the wooden trim cover with something like 75-081, Prybar, to reveal the screws, which you can then remove.
