Thanks for writing in. For your awning operator, take a look at our 39-083. Compare the dimensions listed with your old operator to see if it's a match. If you need a crank handle, see our 39-114L. As far as the side tracks you speak of, do you mean hinges? I'm afraid I can't confirm anything from those part numbers, but take a look at the 36-048 or 36-049 and see if one of these is what you need.

Awning window operator p/n 30895A, the arm p/n is 45301

Looks like manufacturer is Truth.

Can I just replace the arms or can these be cleaned up and repainted?

I have two awning windows. Also, wondering if the side tracks can be refurbished or replaced, the p/n look like 31703 and 31704.
