Lincoln Window. Gut of crank seems to be stripped. Cannot close window must manually push shut to close and lock window. Extended double arms measure approximately 17 inches. (my best measurement) Thank you for your assessment!

I gave you an incorrect arm measurement for an open window. The correct measurement is 21 inches when window would be closed. I saw the part on a Lincoln window parts page after sending you photos and note.
