I have a 2020 Awning by Caradco from 93' the handle spline has come apart and I need a new one, I have the original Truth number of 96602 and I believe that the replacement Item number is # 39-140 in bronze

I couldn't match that number up to anything. It's not a product code or anything, just a number printed on the arm that may be used across various different operators. The 39-140 may still work for you, but you need to review the information we show on its store page to confirm that everything lines up with what you have.

Thank you for your input, the number is the truth hardware part number that Caradco used, can you cross reference that please.

Like I said in my last post, I couldn't match that number up to anything. It's not related to any product in our database. You will need to compare physical attributes to confirm if our operator can work. If you're still not sure, we will at least need a better photo of the operator. I would have to see the whole thing.
