Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the casement window lock shown in your photos. If you have Ply Gem windows, I would recommend reaching out to them directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
