Awning Style Window Bracket

Hello, missing a piece on an awning style torque bar window. In the picture where the arrow points I am missing that bracket which causes the window not to be able to close. Picture is of another window which has the bracket.

Here is a better view of the piece missing, I also need the crank attached. Thank you,
