Awning Style Window Crank Assembly

Question

Can't seem to identify which replacement crank assembly to get.  The only markings I can find on the part itself are the numbers "3188" and "41013".  I don't know what brand the window is.  One of the arms is broken off.  and the guide pieces that fit into the window track are also broken.

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-239B Encore operator, which uses the 39-536 pivot slide, to your original assembly. Thanks for posting!
