Awning Type Crank

The crank unfortunately will no retract the window. It's about 30 yrds old and needs replacing. I have added 3 photos of it from various angles. I am in Florida and will be heading back to Canada the 1st week of February. Is this something that can be replaced and/if so will it arrive in time for me to replace it?

Am I safe to assume that the replacement crank is the Pan Am/Daryl Window Crank, Product Code: 39-017?
