Awning Window Crank Operator, 39-025 won't work.

Question

ref: awning closure 39-025. I recieved parts as ordered...installed one works well...second one i attempted, awning window doesnt close all the way. I did lose a bushing that goes in crank hole...and you sent no screws or bushing. could the lack of the bushing prevent closing if so, how do i obtain a bushing. I will need two more soon, but would like to have screws and bushings with them. Thank You

We do have the screws and bushings you need for the 39-025 operator. They are related on its store page. See our 33-206 and 33-070, along with the 33-081 mounting screw. As for the window not closing, remove the operator from the window and see if you can close it by hand. That would let you know if the problem is in the window or in the operator.
