Awning Window Hardware Replacement (Truth)

Question

I need to replace the hardware on about 20 windows.  House built 1967(ish).  Awning windows.  See photos These words are on the assembly "TRUTH US Patent 2,775,446 other US and Foreign Pat. Pend."  Thanks for your help. Kudos to your very interactive website.
