We recently moved to this home and this particular window had the lever missing. I've attached a pic of one of the awning windows with the lever...and a pic of the one with the missing handle.

Item 39-037 looks like the operator for our push out awning window. However...just the handle is missing - we don't need the hinges. Is there just a lever?

unfortunately, the lever cannot be replaced by itself. If yours is broken, you will need a new operator.
