Awning Window Opens Correctly, But Won't Close : SWISCO.com

Hi - have an window with absolutely no manufacturer marking anywhere (glass, frame... nowhere). Crank will correctly open the window, but when closing it, the crank and the mechanism behind it unscrew instead of bringing the window back in, as in my second pic. The width of the piece shown in pic 1 is 5", if that helps. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your operator appears to be stripped which means you'll need a new one. Can you show us a full view of the operator's arm? I can't get a clear view of it from your first photo.

It's hard to discern the size you need from photos but the 39-140 may also be an option. Take a look at the specifications below. However, you are correct regarding the 39-114L handle.
