Awning Window Operator Replacement

It appears the the hole spacing of the bottom two holes is 7/8". Your link, arm which attaches to the window, looks like it has a plain hole (I'm thinking 3/8" hole). The thing I would like to see now is the internal workings of the operator to see if you have straight or offset arms and gears.
