We have some window operators that are no longer functioning. I think I may have the right part, but then saw that there are many others to sort through. I was wondering if you could help narrow the search for us. Thank you.

It appears the the hole spacing of the bottom two holes is 7/8". Your link, arm which attaches to the window, looks like it has a plain hole (I'm thinking 3/8" hole). The thing I would like to see now is the internal workings of the operator to see if you have straight or offset arms and gears. In the meantime, take a look at these parts I picked out for you and compare their dimensions and style with your own hardware. See our 39-074 and 39-075, 39-419, 39-420 to get you started and let me know if any match.

Thank you. Honestly, both types of operator I recommended look close to yours. I recommend carefully reviewing the dimensions of the parts I suggested and see which one matches up to yours. Some key dimensions to consider are the distance between the two bottom holes and the length of the link arm and size of the link arm hole.
