I need to know which crank to order. The windows were installed in 1989 and the crank seems to be stripped.
No numbers or identifying marks.

Thank you for contacting us. Take a look at the 39-259 along with the related hardware. This looks like it may be what you need. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.

I looked but I couldn't find the option for "Bronze" color?

I looked but I couldn't find the option for "Bronze" color? And a piece that kept the crank arm attached to the window arm is missing - not sure what that part was?

Unfortunately, this operator isn't available in bronze.

As for the missing part, could you be referring to the E-ring shown in your second photo? If so, we have the 21-161 which is sold separately.
