Awning Window operator

A home owner from Carolina Beach NC says:

Hello,

I'm trying to find a replacement crank/operator for my awning window. I can't find the manf. name. I remember it was a special order through Lowes or Home Depot. I'm not sure what measurements you would need. The plate that fits on the arms that attach to the window has outside screw holes that are 10 1/4 inches.

Hey Gary. Take a look at our 39-083. Look over the dimensions and see if this matches what you need.

Yes, yours looks like it's pretty badly damaged so I would recommend the 39-170. This has the upward facing hooks.
