Awning Window operator

Hello,

I'm trying to find a replacement crank/operator for my awning window. I can't find the manf. name. I remember it was a special order through Lowes or Home Depot. I'm not sure what measurements you would need. The plate that fits on the arms that attach to the window has outside screw holes that are 10 1/4 inches.
