Hi there,

I have no idea what type of windows I have and what type of replacement crank to buy (I need 2). I hope you can help!
Thank you!

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your operator fully removed from the window so that we can see the end of the arm that attaches to the window linkage. Please also include a clear photo of the installation hole pattern, as well as written-out dimensions to compare to our inventory here. Thank you!

Hello!

Thank you for your help. My estimation of measurements is:
2 3/4 hole to hole in the arm
1" between the two holes
5 1/8 top hole to bottom hole

Let me know if you need more information!

Thanks for getting back to us. Casey isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist you.

Based on these photos, I would say that our best option is going to be the 39-277 and 39-278. The installation hole dimensions all appear to match and the link arm is the same style. It may not be the same size, but that's okay. There's a certain amount of wiggle room for that particular dimension. As long as the hole is the same diameter then I think it'd be a good pick.
