Awning crank replacement.

Hello, so glad to see you may have a replacement for our broken window handles. Product 39-069 seems to be what we will need. I wanted to be sure of the best position to measure the length of the mechanism. Should I remove it from the window completely? Thank you!

I agree, 39-069 looks very similar. I do recommend you remove the operator before measuring. It'll be a lot easier that way.
