Your operator is not familiar here in the States. It might be something you need to purchase closer to home. It does look old, and might even be no longer be available. You could try replacing it with either our 39-015 or 39-083, depending on the size you need. You would also need to use the 39-170 sash bracket and 39-114L handle, if you choose to go that route. You will also need to adapt the sill cover to match the new operator. Maybe talk to a carpenter or contractor familiar with these windows.
