Hi! Desperate to replace the crank on awning window(s) and prefer to not use them at all....remodeling now and contractor wants a low profile closure...will never open these windows up.
Help...any ideas?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see top-down photos of both of your operators with the windows open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you.

Yes, it resembles 12" and I need to replace with a low profile crank handle
