Thanks for posting. This setup reminds me of our 39-348 Sill Mounted Awning Operator, which uses the 26-3/4" 36-078B track. Take a look and see if you think these parts match what you need. For a new handle, see the 39-205 sold separately. Also see the 36-078 Shoe Studs.
