I was trying to help my mom search for a part to replace her existing window crank. It currently is not holding closed and taped shut. I was looking on the site and saw a 16 inch awning operator white that looked closest to the same thing. I just wanted to ask to see if you see anything different. I just want the right part and also what is return policy if it doesn't fit which I obviously don't want I rather get this right the first time for her. I attached photos with measurements I took.
