Need to order not sure of part number.  It is a church opener. Has 4 screw hold hidden under sill   Have handle

Your operator is very similar to our 39-348, in terms of design. However, I'm not sure if it connects to your sash in the same way.

The 39-348 uses a pair of 36-078 shoe studs to connect to the sash. If yours uses the same type of shoe then I think our operator will work for you.
