Any idea on the make of this operator there are no markings as to who makes it? Only thing on the spacerbar is mulitpane 701.

It appears that you have an older Crestline window. I don't believe that operator available anymore. It's just too old. I don't know if anything we have can work as a substitute, but our 39-069 operator may be a possibility. You would have to adapt your sill to accept it, but I'm not sure exactly what will be necessary.
