Definitely an awning window. It says Truth on the hardware and there is a circle with 90 in it.

Thanks for writing in. This is definitely a bit of a weird setup, as these look like our 39-031 and 39-032 Casement Operators, but set up for an awning window! Look over that set of operators and see if the dimensions match what you need. Let me know what you find.
